A Hoilday Season To Remember

Well this is a hoilday season to remember, my ODD and MDD's great grandfather passed away on Christmas Eve, and then my little brother is moving in with us. For reasons of it's time for me to step in and try to get his life on the right path, so he doesn't get on the wrong one. So my DH is working last night there was an accident so he had his patrol car blocking traffic and he is standing behind the car, well he ends up jumping away from the car just in time, a drunk driver hits the patrol car, it totals the patrol car and the guy keeps going. So DH runs down the street and chases the guy down and pulls him from the car. The guy is super drunk and I'm just so thankful that he had someone looking out for him because it would have been a bad thing if he was hurt. So DH told me that he was ok and that he would be late in getting home. I mean haven't enough people figured out what happens when you drink and drive. Now I'm going to be super worried about him on New Years Eve when he has to work b/c of this and people want to get mad at police officers, um he saved about 10 peoples lives last night that is 10 people that wouldn't have come home to their familes so lets be thankful for all they do for us!

My First Post

Well this is my first post let me see what has been going on in my life this year, I went to Louisanna in Jan and I had the greatest time ever, it was so much fun. My oldest daughter turn 8 years old in Feb, and there was our anniversary in Feb also. March and April were just a blur, my husband was accepted to police academy and he started the journey to fill his dreams in May, we went through that and he graduated. I don't think I was ever so proud of someone in my life, but my children haven't graduated from high school yet so I will let you know when that happpens,lol. June my baby boy turn 2 years old and I was sad becasue he isn't a baby anymore. July I celebrated my birthday, ok over that now! And in November my other two girls had birthdays one turned 7 and the other 5. Now it nears Christmas time and the year in almost over, which I am glad because it is one another year for great things and wonderful memories! I promise to keep everyone updated and add more things to my blog as time goes by.
